Reimaging Quickbase’s brand platform
All Together Now
Problem
In June 2022, Quickbase lacked a clear and differentiated brand position. The messaging—“Quickbase helps you see, connect, and control your most complex projects reshaping the world”—felt generic and disconnected from the product. There was no cohesive narrative to resonate with the target industries in the Built Environment, including construction, engineering, real estate, and solar energy. Without a strong brand foundation, driving awareness and engagement among the ideal customer profile (ICP) was a challenge.
Solution
Identifying the company’s core values, particularly “We Win Together,” as a guiding principle, we developed the "All Together Now" brand platform. This approach unified Quickbase’s internal culture, technology vision, and customer value proposition.
Brand Narrative: A refined story anchored in “See, Connect, and Control,” making it more customer-centric and industry-specific while embedding the company’s values.
Brand Identity Evolution: Strengthening the existing visual system to align with the new storytelling for a cohesive brand experience.
Targeted Marketing & Awareness Campaign: A three-month pilot campaign launched in high-density target account geographies (Dallas & Chicago) using a multi-channel approach, including OOH, radio, digital, and in-person regional events.
Results
Successfully launched a full brand platform within two months of inception.
Achieved 9-point and 11-point awareness lifts in Dallas and Chicago, respectively, based on pre- and post-campaign surveys.
Established a brand foundation that resonated internally and externally, aligning messaging, visuals, and customer engagement under "All Together Now."
