The Tech Magazine the Industry Didn’t Know It Needed

As a platform serving the top 250 global enterprises, Pega’s customers expect more than just a product—they expect a strategic partner. Coming out of COVID, enterprise sales teams needed high-value, substantive assets—something more engaging than standard digital content and more tangible than a whitepaper.

Instead of creating yet another standalone asset, we built on the momentum of our highly successful “Future of Work” research series, turning the magazine into an extension of our data-driven insights. Every piece of content was rooted in the themes and challenges uncovered in our research, providing enterprise leaders with the strategic perspectives they needed to navigate digital transformation.

Beyond Product: Elevating the Conversation with Global Experts

Rather than relying solely on Pega executives, we positioned the magazine as a true thought leadership platform—one that enterprise leaders would turn to for credible, data-backed insights.

To achieve this, we enlisted:

Results

The magazine is localized for six different languages and directly drives regional marketing efforts by reaching our target audiences in key and emerging markets. With the inaugural issued launched in January 2022, we’ve seen a steady progress against our goals month-over-month in the first quarter since launch. Notably, the magazine boasts:

📈 26% increase in unique page views, from 80K in February to 101K in March.
📈 27% increase in average time on page, proving deep audience engagement.
🌍 Localized in six languages, ensuring accessibility in key and emerging global markets.
🚀 Second-most visited page for external visitors YTD, serving as a launchpad for broader content consumption—including executive thought leadership, brand storytelling, and customer success narratives.
