Drive peer-to-peer collaboration by making it easier for users to connect and learn from one another.
Create a structured advocacy program with the Qrew Champions initiative (launched May 2022).
Turn community into a growth engine, leveraging organic customer engagement to drive retention and expansion.
Results
Community doubled in size YoY, reaching 60,000+ active members.
Engagement increased 60% YoY, reflecting a more dynamic and interactive experience.
Nearly 1,000 Qrew Champions actively participating in the advocacy program.
Qrew became the 5th largest lead source for marketing—without any additional marketing spend.
